Matterhorn–

sc002e433b sc002e671aWhoa!  It’s the Matterhorn as seen from here in Zermatt, Switzerland.  This thing is dramatic and gorgeous. . .maybe the most dramatic peak in all of the Alps.  The word Matterhorn is German. . .matte means “meadow” and horn means “peak.”  Matterhorn. . .”meadow peak” or “peak of the meadow.”  Seems aptly named, ja?  Jaaaaaa!

The Matterhorn is 14,690 feet above sea level making it one of the highest peaks in all of the Alps.  Lots of folks climb her every year. . .I am gonna have to get back over there and give it a shot.  I love the Matterhorn.

I send you dramatic vibes from here in Zermatt, Switzerland. . .feel them. . .they are full of life.  The mountains are where it’s at, baby!

It’s absolutely lovely out there.
