A morel is a mushroom that folks gobble in Wisconsin each spring…so they love their mushrooms here. With morels out of season we are offered a special fricassee of 4 other types of mushrooms–delicious…then we do some corn soup and a special housemade sausage–both delectable…after these we ingest a duck breast that is extremely moist and tasty…and a lamb ragout with pappardelle that is al dente and mouthwateringly good–DELICIOSO!!
Everything is washed down with a white Soave…veddy niiiiice…mmhhmmm!
We are happy to find this place…the people are all sweet and helpful…the room is cozy and warm…and the food and drink are top-notch. . .we cannot wait to eat here again and again and again.
