Drinking places…North Loop, Minneapolis–

img_0448 img_0449 img_0451img_0444BOOM!  Here are some fine drinking places to hit while wandering around in the North Loop warehouse section of Minneapolis, Minnesota. . .they all make us very happy–mmm, aaaahh!!

All of these places can be found on North Washington Avenue very close to the Hewing Hotel…perfect for sipping then stumbling back to the room–mmmhhmmm!

We got a place called Runyon’s that was described to us as a ‘dive’ bar…this ain’t no dive bar–it’s actually clean, well-run, has lots of TVs for watching “the game,” and has lots of staff who appear quite eager to serve us and ensure that all is good–not divey at all.  Then you got Red Rabbit–this place is full of young guys and gals makin’ the scene…looks like a good hangout and hook-up joint–check it out you yung-uns!  And we also got the Monte Carlo with a huge wall of liquor behind the bar and a nice-looking supper-club-ish restaurant in the back…we have no problem sipping here and are eager to come back some time for a real sit-down meal…OH YEAH!

There are many more places on this corridor of eating and drinking. . .my recommendation is for you to book a weekend at the Hewing Hotel, then simply spend a couple of nights wandering around popping in and out of places on North Washington until you find the place that suits you best. . .all of this is here to help you enjoy the passage of time in the sweetest way possible without breaking the law…enjoy!!
