Peche is primarily about seafood…we gobble seafood bisque, seafood gumbo, smothered catfish, and a tuna collar that just knocks our socks off with delectability. . .the collar is an ‘off-menu’ item so you gotta ask for it, and if they have it, then you are gonna be a lucky gal or guy. Thanks to our wonderful server at Cochon for giving us this “pro tip.”:-)
As we inhale this meal we are extremely impressed by the big flavors being served up in every dish. . .the gumbo and bisque are uplifting, the collar is scintillating, and my smothered catfish is fun and tasty and magical and makes me want to eat more and more of this stuff each and every day. Thank you, Donald Link, for working to create another top-notch dining spot in New Orleans. . .and thank you to your partner, Ryan Prewitt, for kicking ass with this straightforward and inviting menu…we love you both–mmmm, aaaahh!
I send you mouthwatering vibes from Peche down in New Orleans, Louisiana. . .feel them. . .they will make your brain tingle.
