Longhorn cattle…in WISCONSIN!

img_1015img_1052 img_1064 img_1008BAM!  Labor Day Weekend sees us toolin’ around in northwestern Wisconsin, and we run into a surprising sight in the town of Loganville: Longhorn Cattle!

These are big Texas-lookin’ guys and gals. . .they seem extremely happy chompin’ away on grass here in the rolling hills of Wisconsin.  And this is good for us because the ground beef in these parts is tasty and full of flavor. . .I mean I can taste the meaty goodness in this burger I am gobbling above even though it is stuffed with American cheese and topped with even more American cheese and a few strips of bacon–amazing!. . .no lettuce or tomatoes or onions or pickles to be found for miles around.  Just douse this baby with some spicy mustard and gobble away. . .mmm, aaaahh!!  Of course, this is washed down with a cold pint of Spotted Cow from our friends down-state in New Glarus. . .thank you, all!!

I send you juicy and hearty vibes from a burger joint in northwestern Wisconsin–specifically, Playmaker’s in the town of Eau Claire. . .feel them. . .they will make your arteries stiff and sclerotic.

To see more magical images from around our teeny tiny planet simply click on a location of your choice in the category menu on the ‘About’ page of this blog. . .dive on in. . .so much to see and soooo little time.

It’s lovely out there.
