Here it is: the Hagemeister Park bar and restaurant right on the bank of the Fox River in Green Bay, Wisconsin. . .this place gets our vote as the number one hang out and chill and drink and eat and chit-chat spot in town…jaaaaa!
Hagemeister Park, aka HP, is full of lovely staff members who are welcoming, switched on, and full of good hospitality. . .we order a couple cans of Tailgater Ale from Stillmark Brewery right here in Green Bay, and they are delicious–I can drink this stuff all night long, which we are gonna do…BOOM!
Eventually we move to a table and gobble a bowl of “bouya”…a northeastern Wisconsin soup that is sort of like a chicken stew with shredded chicken, veggies, and a tangy red broth–totally delicious! Then we ingest an order of Friday fish fry and an order of pan-seared walleye. . .both are tasty and delightful. . .we are happy–a big BOUYA for y’all!
And to top things off there is live music under a little tent to help us enjoy the passage of time as the sun sets over the Fox River. . .what a wonderful introduction to nightlife here in Green Bay. . .we could not be more satisfied with our experience here so far.
I send you cozy and inviting vibes from HP here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. . .feel them. . .they will help you sleep real well tonight.
