Ok, it’s cold and rainy outside on a Sunday afternoon here in New York City. It’s April…it’s supposed to be slightly nicer out…April showers leading to May flowers–not April gloominess leading to May bloominess. So, to counter this drab weather we head on over to 100 Mott Street in Chinatown for what are probably the tastiest and highest quality soup dumplings in town. . .mmm, aaaahh! They are hot, they are richly flavored, they have delicate not-too-thick skins, and they are totally soothing, comforting, and gobble-worthy–yes, we feel much better now, thank-you-veddy-much.
I am sure this restaurant has a name, but we never remember what it is. . .all you gotta remember is 100 Mott Street, that’s it. If you want some porky, soupy, dumpliny goodness, then you will be quite satisfied here. . .they are best when it is windy and chilly outside, but we will eat these babies any time and during any weather–jaaa!!
I send you ferocious vibes from 100 Mott Street–soup dumpling heaven. . .feel them. . .they will make you glow rucky red.
