Today we inhale raw oysters, raw clams, Pearl’s famous clam chowder–totally delectable, mussels in a lovely cream sauce–rich and satisfying, and a pan-roasted hunk of salmon served with a tasty veggie medley–always cooked to perfection. . .mmmm, aaaahh!!
