JAAA! Today we find our way to Wai Nam Bay and Beach just over a hill around a bend from The Sanctuary here on Koh Phangan in The Gulf of Thailand. This appears to be the most remote section of land and beach in our general area on the southeastern portion of the island. . .there is a hut that serves delicious food and drink, and surrounding the hut is a series of simple wooden and bamboo shacks that people are staying in. . .the reason that folks want to stay here is because a major Ashtanga yoga teacher has her shala on this site–it overlooks the rocks and sea–lovely spot for practicing and getting in touch with “the light”…mmmm, aaaahh!!
When we think of walking over here to hang on Wai Nam beach I always say, “why not?!” Nomadic wandereres such as ourselves are open to all areas of this wonderful island, Koh Phangan.
I send you ongoing vibes of nothingness, everythingness, joy, and warmth. . .feel them. . .they are good for your skin.
