Day 68…rise early, eat well–

IMG_0478IMG_0474 IMG_0475IMG_0480The sun sets and rises at about the same time here on Koh Phangan throughout the entire year…sunset around 6:30 p.m. and sunrise around 6:30 a.m.  This makes it real easy to find a rhythm for the day–a natural rhythm, not one driven by arbitrary work, meetings, “things-to-do,” and so forth. . .we LOVE the natural rhythm thang!–I could do this for a long, long time.

Plus, above you see our typical breakfasts here at The Sanctuary. . .a bowl of fruit, granola, yogurt, and peanut butter called the “Super Food Bowl”–I gobble this thing with relish. . .and the eggy dish is a Thai rice thing with veggies, herbs, spices, fish sauce, and of course, EGGS.  .we gobble this thing with relish, too.  Feels good to be living with nature and eating delicious simple food. . .gonna be good and ready for a beer or three come this weekend. . .jaaaa!!

I send you vibes of good livin’ from The Sanctuary on Koh Phangan in The Gulf of Thailand. . .feel them. . .they will make you go, “aaaahh!”

To see more magical images from around our teeny-tiny planet simply click on a location of your choice in the category menu on the ‘About’ page of this blog. . .dive on in. . .so much to see and soooo little time.

It’s lovely out there.
