Day 58…Ha Long Bay–

IMG_0475IMG_0571  IMG_0219IMG_0578BAM!  Our nomadic wanderings now take us to famous Ha Long Bay just off the northern coast of Viet Nam–mmmm, aaaahh!.  We choose to do a private overnight excursion out into the bay with an outfit called Bhaya, and all is going magnificently. . .the Bhaya people pick us up at our hotel in Ha Noi, they drive us out to Tuan Chau Island–takes about four hours, we are greeted by the Bhaya folks when we arrive, they give us tea, we chill out, then we are taken to our boat–number QN 2071–great boat, we highly recommend this one for all of you love birds out there. . .we settle into our cabin, and in no time at all we are tooling around all of the karstens in the bay sipping on white wine and nibbling on steamed crab for lunch. . .totally wonderful.  They have activities such as kayaking or village-visiting if we want to do these things, but we don’t partake of these things…we just want to float around this majestic scenery sipping on wine and enjoying the passage of time. . .so that is what we will do until the sun goes down, and it is time for dinner.  Hoa binh.

We love the private Bhaya experience cuz we can plan our own itinerary, and these wonderful folks make it happen for us.  Please do a Bhaya cruise if you ever find yourself hanging out near Ha Long Bay–you will love it, I gar-ron-taaay!

I send you serene vibes from Ha Long Bay, Viet Nam. . .feel them. . .they will help you sleep real good tonight.
