Day 47…Dong Ba Market, Hue–

IMG_9767 IMG_9775 IMG_9779 IMG_0067YES!  When arriving in any new town it is always a good idea to start your adventure at the central market. . .here in Hue, Viet Nam, that means we gotta hit Cho Dong Ba–jaaa!!  Dong Ba Market is one of the best places on planet Earth for real-deal authentic market gobbling.  They have everything here: fish, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, clams, crab, banh mi, bun bo hue, etc. and so on. . .just sit down, point, and gobble–just that easy. . .and EVERYTHING is tasty and delectable.  Plus, while eating you get the entertainment  of watching all of the market ladies chat about you, your chopstick skills, your clothes, your look, your vibe, your height, your weight, etc.–these ladies will ask you just about anything in English and then kibbitz about your responses and behavior in Vietnamese. . .this is all endlessly fun and entertaining. . .just roll with it all, and you are good-to-go.  I love gobbling in the Dong Ba Market here in Hue, Viet Nam, and you will, too–I gar-ron-taaayy!!

I send you warm and welcoming nomadic vibes from Cho Dong Ba in Hue. . .feel them. . .they are full of joy and vitality and kindness.
