Day 36…Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam–

FullSizeRender IMG_0077 IMG_0011 IMG_9252POW!  Our nomadic wanderings now take us to the powerhouse town of Viet Nam: Ho Chi Minh City, aka, Sai Gon.  Wow, so much to feel, taste, see, hear, and do here. . .so we hit the ground running with panoramic nighttime views of Nguyen Hue pedestrian boulevard looking toward the main town hall, aka, the People’s Committee Hall. . .next we gobble our first bowls of pho bo, aka, Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup–quite possibly the world’s best soup–come here and try some, and you can decide for yourself. . .and of course I gotta show my support for the people of Viet Nam whenever I can–Vive La Viet Nam!!

Ho Chi Minh City is pretty much the ‘New York City’ of Viet Nam–full of energy, pizzazz, and bustle. . .as we make our way north from here things will start to slow down a bit, the countryside will open up to us, and we will flow with the thousands of years of history and human vitality that have graced these lands for so long now. . .AND we will eat many more bowls of pho all along the way. . .mmmm, aaaahh. . .it’s great to be back here.

I send you tasty and scintillating vibes from southern Viet Nam. . .feel them. . .they will keep you goin’ real good.

It’s lovely out there.
