BAM! It’s dinner at The Odeon. . .jaaa!! The Odeon is located on West Broadway down in the Tribeca section of Manhattan, New York City, and it has been serving this neighborhood proudly for nearly forty years now. . .wow!. . .AND this is the first time that I have ever had dinner here–WHAAA??!! This is the place famous for oodles of celebrity sightings back in the eighties, for being one of the prime locations noted in the novel, “Bright Lights, Big City,” and for being one of the spots that put Keith McNally on the map as a restauranteur to be reckoned with, and I am only just getting here–sheesh. Anyway, I have always enjoyed drinking at the bar, but I gotta tell you, I now enjoy gobbling food here. Above you see me enjoying the sauteed red snapper, The Odeon Sundae, and a fine cognac along with a potent coffee. . .mmm, aaaahh!–it’s all tasty and served up by a smooth and cool staff. I wanna eat here some more. . .and you will, too, if you ever find yourself wanderin’ around Tribeca lookin’ for some grub.
I send you see-the-world-with-new-eyes vibes from The Odeon. . .feel them. . .they are invigorating and satisfying.
