Harlem Chowder…yes!

IMG_5377IMG_5378IMG_5381IMG_5380JAAA!  Above you see us gobbling a dish called ‘Harlem Chowder’ at the wonderful Harlem restaurant called “Red Rooster.”  Red Rooster is run by Marcus Samuelsson, a fabulous chef and restauranteur who is doing everything that he can to breathe life into the corner of 125th Street and Lenox Avenue, and he is succeeding.  If you love vital people, if you love extremely tasty food, if you love delectable beverages, and if you love a festive atmosphere, then you gotta get yerself on up to Harlem and gobble some of this goodness.

The Harlem Chowder is a giant ‘stew’ of lobster, mussels, scallops, clams, bitter greens, veggies, potatoes, and a seafood broth that will keep you smiling for many days after you finish consuming this goodness.  Order it with a tasty bottle of Sancerre or three. . .you will love. . .I gar-ron-taaay!!

I send you delicious vibes from Red Rooster. . .feel them. . .they are oh-so good for you.
