WOW! William the Conqueror himself actually had this mound built way back in 1068 or so. . .WOW!, all I can say is, WOW! This mound and the tower that you see that was built upon it as the original keep of York Castle are magnificent remains of the glorious history of York and the surrounding countryside. Every English King since the eleventh century has spent time here doing this and that. . .conducting business. . .defending the nation from marauding barbarians in the north. . .maneuvering for power, etc. and so on. So fun to walk in all of their footsteps, breathe their air, and feel their vital vibes. I love hanging out in and around Cliffords Tower, and I know that you will, too, if you ever find yourself wandering around York lookin’ for somethin’ fun to do.
I send you long-running vibes from Cliffords Tower. . .feel them. . .they are life-sustaining.
