POW! It’s raining, it’s windy, it’s about 10 celsius or 45 fahrenheit, it’s raw, it’s rustic, it’s remote, and yet we still find a friendly local dude out walking his dog. . .this can only be the tippy-top of Britain, a placed called John o’Groats in the north of Scotland. . .aye!
We have driven here looking for a good place to sip some whisky, down some ales, and ingest some hearty grub, and we are not disappointed. But the best part of travel is always the people. . .this dude you see above with his Border Terrier puppy puts a smile on our faces that we find is still lingering with us today. I love hangin’ in the wind and the rain in John o’Groats, and you will too if you ever find yourself toolin’ around on the northern coast of Scotland.
I send you reassuring vibes from John o’Groats. . .feel them. . .they are magical.
