OKEEDOKEE! Whilst in York, England, the namesake of New York in America, one must do a few things: first, grab a Full English Breakfast–mmm, aaahh, I love this wonderful mix of ham, sausage, blood pudding, mushrooms, tomato, beans, eggs, and toast–gobble it freely. . .second, grab a pint of ale, the more bitter, the better–a great place for a pint is York’s oldest pub, Ye Olde Starre Inne. If you can’t find this pub, then no worries as there are over three hundred more to choose from–enjoy! And third, wander the streets and alleyways here freely because there are two thousand years of history to soak up. . .I gar-ron-tay that you will find something interesting to chat about around each and every corner as you consume endless pints of fine ale and enjoy the passage of time. Cheers, big ears!
I send you veddy English vibes from York, England. . .feel them. . .they were here before you and will be here long after you are gone.
