Sunrise at Shwedagon–

IMG_0016 IMG_0025 IMG_0026 IMG_0030BOOM!  This place is the absolute heart of Burmese Buddhism–Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon.  It is a must to visit here when in Yangon and even more of a must, in my humble opinion, to experience the sunrise at Shwedagon. . .it is glorious.

Shwedagon Pagoda is about 326 feet high and about 2,200 years old. . .big and ancient–that’s how I love my sights when traveling around the world.  The entire Shwedagon site is huge. . .you can walk around here all day and all night and not see every nook and cranny. . .mmm, aaaahh!  I love it here at Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon, Myanmar, and you will too if you ever find yourself hangin’ in this totally cool city.

I send you new-dawn vibes from Shwedagon. . .feel them. . .they will help you start your day right.

It’s lovely out there.
