Gold behind that barbed wire?

IMG_0143 IMG_0149Yes, when strolling around Yangon, Myanmar one must follow the local customs and rules.  In fact, above you see what could be my world-traveling motto, or at least one of them, “safety first.”  You gotta keep yer wits about you at all times at home and abroad. . .for example, never try to enter a golden door that is blocked by barbed-wire barriers.  Yep, best to steer clear of this area and find a pub or hotel bar where we can wet our whistles.  Ah, I see one around the corner from here. . .follow me. . .

. . .I send you survival vibes from the streets of Yangon. . .feel them. . .they will allow you to stroll another day.

To see more amazing images from around our teeny-tiny planet simply click on a location of your choice in the category menu on the ‘About’ page of this blog. . .dive on in. . .so much to see and soooo little time.

It’s lovely out there.
