MMM! Central Park here in New York City can be quite soothing and delightful on a crisp and clear morning. Above you see us making our way around the loop–a six-point-something mile-long roadway that covers the entire inner edge of the Park from 59th Street up to 110th Street and from Fifth Avenue on the eastern edge over to Central Park West on, you guessed it, the western edge. The loop is great for running, biking, and strolling. . .though one must be careful not to get run over by speeding bicyclists like me. See you out here some time. . .salut!
I send you recreational vibes from Central Park. . .feel them. . .they are good for your heart.

It’s lovely out there.
