POW! Here we are puttin’ a feed on at the number one Japanese BBQ joint in all of New York City. . .a place called Takashi. Takashi is located on Hudson Street near Barrow Street in the West Village section of Manhattan. The main thing they do here is any and every piece of a cow that you can think of served up raw in some cases–like in the top photo where you see delectable slices of kobe beef topped with uni–absolutely delicious. . .and various cuts of wagyu and kobe beef that have been cooked by the staff–in meatball form, sausage form, etc.–or that you grill yourself on a fabulous burner right at your table. They have sweet breads, stomach, tongue, brain, liver, thin cutlets of prime beef, slabs of heartier cuts, and on and on it goes here. And the good news is that all of this stuff is mouth-wateringly good. . .I wanted to gobble the whole menu, but my wise dining partner convinced me to save the untasted items for another day. . .mmmm, aaaaahh!–my dining partner is a very smart chick. . .and I love drinking bottles of sake with her while ingesting tasty grilled meats. You will enjoy doing the same with someone you love at Takashi. . .I gar-ron-tay it.
Anyway, I send you delightfully delectable vibes from Takashi here in New York City. . .feel them. . .they will help you grow big and strong.
