WOW! Here we have a galleon that actually sailed from Spain to New York City. . .it arrived here yesterday. I spoke briefly with some crew members who told me that it took them 24 days to make the journey across the Atlantic Ocean. The crew is actually Spanish. . .so fun! They also told me that this ship was built in 2009 to help spread some of the culture of Spain around the world. . .just hope that they don’t feel the need to go ‘all the way’ and start pillaging, spreading Christianity to the primitive masses they encounter, and take over the spice trade on the west side of Manhattan. . .we’ve had enough of that stuff. Just be nice Spaniards and share some of that Jamon Iberico I know you have stashed somewhere below-deck on that ship. . .mmmm, aaaahh! Salut!!
I send you historic vibes from a Spanish galleon docked on the west side of Manhattan. . .feel them. . .they are worth revisiting.
