BOOM! If you cook it up good for me, then I will eat it all, gar-ron-taid, and the guy you see above definitely cooks it up good, real good. He is a Vietnamese guy called “Jimmy” who is the sole chef at The Daily Catch here in Boston, and he rocks. Jimmy prepared outstanding versions of lobster fra diavola and linguine vongole with white sauce for us. . .both dishes are world-class. . .super tasty, fragrant, gorgeous to look at, and served to us in the actual pans that they were cooked in. Everything is straight off the stove–no detours or waiting–and then it all goes straight into our bellies. . .mmmm, aaaaahh! I love Jimmy and his skillfully prepared Sicilian-style seafood dishes at The Daily Catch, and you will love them too if you ever find yourself in the north end section of Boston lookin’ to put a feed on.
