Our dog, Louis, died back in December, 2013. . .he was over 16 years old. We had him cremated. Over recent months we have been waiting for a clear beautiful summer day to spread his ashes around–Louis loves clear beautiful summer days. . .this past Saturday was that day. We spread Louis in all of the flower pots on our terrace–including our snoozing rose bush pot. On Sunday morning this single bloom appeared seemingly out of nowhere. It seems that he really isn’t gone. . .just popping up again and again in various alternative life forms. . .from stardust and back to stardust. . .leaving little splashes of joy and color along the way. Dat’s a good boy!
I send you interconnected vibes from our terrace in the West Village of Manhattan, New York City. . .feel them. . .they are bigger than all of us and full of mystery.
