MMM! A morning of serenity, chanting, and meditation at Wat Phra That Chedi Luang in Chiang Mai is hard to beat. I could hang out here every morning. . .no problem. . .ommmm. The brick pagoda here is about seven hundred years old. . .the top collapsed during an earthquake about four hundred years ago. . .even in its collapsed form this is still the tallest pagoda in all of Thailand. . .minor renovations were performed on the pagoda about twenty-five years ago. . .we can feel the life-force everywhere here. We love hanging out at Chedi Luang, and you will too if you ever find yourself wandering around in the Old Quarter of Chiang Mai lookin’ for a good place to stop, look, and listen.
I send you serene vibes from Chedi Luang. . .feel them. . .they have the power to help you BE…HERE…NOW.
