South bank–

DSCN3137 DSCN3135On the south bank of the Thames in London you will find the South Bank Book Market and the National Theater.  As you can see, there are books galore at the market–dive on in. . .and in front of the National we see a fabulous statue of Laurence Olivier in his Hamlet garb–dive on in to the Olivier Theater at the National and see whatever is on, I guarantee that it will satisfy or your money back.

Walking along the Thames pushes the imagination into overdrive: everyone passed along here–Shakespeare, Henry V, Cromwell, Churchill, Dickens, etc.  Far too many to name or to hold in our head at the same time.  They breathed this air. . .I am breathing this air. . .you are breathing this air.

It’s lovely out there.
